    I used one of these back in 1985. It was dreamy, much better than shuffling 180K floppy disks. The thing had to be partitioned to be useful because there was no hierarchical file system under TRS-DOS.

    wow, now you can get a 20 gig flash drive for eight bucks.

    thats saying back then you were paying $166 per Mb compared to now, which we’re paying $0.0003906 per megabyte. and think about inflation. that’s insane.

    This is funny as all get out. In the meantime, if brodnik would be so kind as to point me in the direction of one of those $8 20GB flash drives, I’d sincerely appreciate it. :-)
